Well, I'm heading into my 33rd week. WHAT?!
I can't believe it....that NEXT month will most likely be his birthday month.
Last weekend Dan and I were blessed by the overwhelming love and generosity of many of our friends and family at a baby shower. My mom and closest friends helped create the most special and beautiful celebration for us and our little guy. I can't even begin to describe how we felt later that night as we sat in the nursery and just stared at all of the cute, thoughtful, and useful packages we had received. My favorite thing was getting to read all of the special notes for our family, both words of wisdom and encouragement as well as "wishes for the baby". Every single one of the "wishes" we received was so special to me because they all communicate the prayers of our hearts for our son.
Oh and by the way, did I mention the cat is out of the bag now? His name is no longer a secret due to Dan's secret keeping skills :)
